I’m Abra, a proud native of Togo, West Africa, and now a Licensed Esthetician and the owner of Calm and Glow Studio in Waterloo, Iowa. My journey to the U.S. began in 2017, and since then, I’ve been driven by a passion for empowering others to feel radiant and confident in their own skin.
While adapting to life far from my family, I discovered my love for beauty through hair braiding. What started as a way to support myself and my loved ones quickly became a deep passion. Witnessing my clients rediscover their confidence and happiness through my hair braiding and waxing services inspired me to pursue a broader career in esthetics.
I graduated in August 2024, and now I’m thrilled to offer a range of esthetic services designed to enhance your natural beauty and leave you glowing.
